Ending contingent employment

Part-time/adjunct faculty, full-time nontenure-track faculty and graduate assistants now make up close to 70 percent of higher education faculty. Too many of these jobs are underpaid, undervalued and lack the basic security and benefits of full-time work.

Every worker deserves, at a minimum, a living wage and access to affordable healthcare and real retirement benefits.
