Summer Educator Academy 2015: Extracurricular Activities

You may want to partake in some of these evening activities on site at Maritime:

  • Twitter sessions—Interested in learning about Twitter? Learn how to tweet from the AFT’s digital communications pros. There will be one-hour sessions for all levels, from beginners to advanced tweeters.
  • Maritime fitness center, indoor swimming pool and outdoor walking paths
  • Board games
  • Karaoke

Hoyts Cinema (www.fandango.com) is about a 10-minute walk from the Maritime Institute. Movie tickets will be raffled at the opening session and are to be used on your own time.
