In this institution of learning all students, staff and faculty need to become more aware of the importance of being environmentally friendly. The facilities can not do this alone we need everyone's help.

My school uses styrofoam plates and plastic untencils for breakfast and lunch. Whatever happened to the cafeteria staff using a dishwasher. It sure would save on landfills, because styrofoam plates do not dissolve.

Thanks for looking into this! It is an important issue. If the nation keeps going down the path of not being cognizant of energy use, maybe the schools can.
