AFT poster commemorates the 50th anniversary of Brown v. Board of Education

In recognition of the 50th anniversary of Brown v. Board of Education, the landmark U.S. Supreme Court decision that found segregation in America's public schools unconstitutional, the AFT has created a poster that features the union's 50th anniversary slogan, "Brown  v. Board :  The Beginning, Closing the Gap: The Goal."

Designed by artist Michael Gibbs, the poster includes a quote from the 1952 amicus brief submitted by the AFT in Brown  v. Board .
