Public Employee Reporter gets new name

Welcome to the Public Employee Advocate. The AFT Public Employees program and policy council recently decided to change the name of Public Employee Reporter to Public Employee Advocate to more appropriately reflect the work of the AFT and its public employee affiliates, which advocate on behalf of government workers by defending their rights on the job, fighting for quality of life issues and lobbying for quality public services.
