The AFL-CIO is inviting working women to take part in the 2006 Ask a Working Woman survey (http://www.aflcio.org/aaww2006).

This Labor Day, the tens of thousands of responses will be delivered to every member of Congress and state and local officials around the country.

During the 2004 presidential election, thousands of working women spoke out through the survey about their priorities: affordable healthcare, good jobs with benefits and control over work hours. This November, every member of Congress is up for reelection.

Let's make sure that the candidates hear what matters to working women.
