VP David GrayAFT Vice President
David Gray has been president of the Oklahoma City Federation of Classified Employees since 1988. His early career included a two-year tour of duty in Vietnam and leadership in the building and construction trades. He was the first African-American to join the International Brotherhood of Heat and Frost Insulators, Local 94.

Gray is also a leader in national organizations promoting civil and human rights.  He is a former vice president for the Oklahoma City chapter of the A. Philip Randolph Institute.  He is chair of the Oklahoma AFL-CIO human rights committee and also chairs the AFT constitutional amendments and convention committee.  He is a member of the AFT PSRP program and policy council and chair of the AFT Annuity Trust.
