AFT Vice President
Bonnie Luisi is president of the Oregon School Employees Association (OSEA), AFT Local 6732. She is a member of the AFT PSRP program and policy council and a member of the Oregon AFL-CIO executive board.
Luisi has worked for the Hermiston school district for 20 years. She is currently program secretary for the Hermiston school district.
Since 2000, Luisi has been on the OSEA board of directors as vice president and zone VII director, representing local chapters in Morrow, Umatilla, Union, Wallowa, Baker and Malheur counties. She has served on the executive board of her local, OSEA Hermiston Chapter 10, and as negotiation chair for the bargaining committee.
In May 2010, Luisi was given a “You Make the Difference” award by the Hermiston school district.
